in good vintage condition

the mirror-like finish is highly reflective and difficult to photograph, but it's picked up heavier surface scratches and some small dents and dings, though no significant dents

nice, snug closure and smooth hinge

recently hand polished, but there are a few areas with remaining, stubborn patina dark specs that may be inconsistent alloys in the silver that hold the patina more than the rest of the locket
